I'm amazed by the thought that there is a blogger like you who posts ukulele chords of some Christian songs. I have my ukulele for quite 2 months now, and I'm enjoying it especially when I play Christian songs. Ahm, how long have you been using your ukulele? Are you a born again Christian? On what fellowhip do you attend?

Thank you for posting this song! Wondering if you could tell me what ukulele strum pattern you use for Christ is Enough. I want to play this in church but having a hard time with the strum. Thank You!
ReplyDeleteHi Hippie! I hope I'm not too late. I play this using single strums (meaning just down down down strokes, no up strokes). I like it simple :)

(2 down strokes, F key)
All of my de... (2 down strokes, F key)
votion... (4 down strokes, C key)
(4 down strokes, G key)
Roughly that pattern for the verse. For the pre-chorus:
(1 down stroke, G key)
Through every... (3 down stroke, G key)
Trial... to the end of the pre-chorus (2 down strokes for every key)
free... (4 down strokes, G key)
Chorus:
Christ (1 stroke)
is (1 stroke)
enough (1 stroke)
for me (1 stroke)
4 down stroke, F key - 2 down stroke, G key - 2 down stroke, Am key
4 down stroke, F key - 1 down stroke, G key
Basically, simple down strokes, change key when it feels right. Blessed practise!
